Filter your learners

An elaborate search function allows you to create and save filters according to numerous administrative and pedagogical criteria. You can select by profile, training course or learning unit up to 28 criteria:

• Last name / first name – score, as a percentage
• organization / department – total time used
• login / password – number of attempts
• tutor – state of advancement
• start and end dates of a training course
• etc...

Use these filters in order to:

• Publish training reports in PDF format
• Schedule automated e-mail reminders on fixed dates or following a specific event (start and end dates, courses not yet started, etc.)
• Export data in csv format (for use in excel or other applications)
